Dino, I blamed you when I told my wife I was going to cut my truck in half and buy wider tires!!! Great build, awesome truck.

Re: my first c10 custom

thanks duudes ,today i got the truck in the garage and made another parts list. then i got the front sheet metal mocked up and just kind of sitting on the truck. this week brake lines, fuel lines, and most of the air ride, i order a accuair manifold, and a 480 pump(viair) and just a 3 gallon tank, i started rebuilting my stock colum and removed the 3 speed level and replace it with a floor colum thats smooth, then i pooped out from the heat

Looks good. I wish I had known you were going to do a viair comp. I have a new in box chrome 450 that I'm not going to use. Could have saved you a few $$.

Re: my first c10 custom

That looks great!

Hey Dino, are you running a standard DM with the narrowed arms, or are you going to run the new high speed Performance Dropmember? Not that you could turn with those rear meats.

Re: my first c10 custom

dino.. very nice truck,it's coming along nicely! i keep up with a few peoples builds and threads in there every day!! it would be sick to see wutnxt truck and your truck side-by-side! remember to stay out of the heat as must as you have you!! it's 113* here, and its suppost to stay 110* or higher all week!

jimmy.. the narrowed arms there talking about are the front a-arms, he's got a four link on the back! sorry to jump in there dino but i figured i could answer that question!!

I know what arms he's talking about. I wanted to know if the new narrowed arms are for the standard or the new fangled "performance" dropmember. With tires like that on the rear, I don't think even Nate could make that truck turn corners.

Nate builds some awesome stuff.

I think you'd be surprised. My brother auto crossed my 68 Vette at Good Guys in Des Moines that is tubbed with skinnies up front and 31 18.5's in the back with a spool and has an 1100lb power plant. He was pretty close to everyone else, and only 12 seconds off the winner. You can make them turn.

I'm cool with prostreet, but if you bring back dudes wearing cutoff muscle shirts I'm going to jack up your truck and make it a monster truck. Seriously.
