im looking to do the tail light lenses and reverse lenses on my 67 suburban but i was going to buy all new lenses since mine are weathered.
No, I don't include any lenses. My LED panels fit behind your existing lenses. The prices on the first page are per pair unless it's a cargo light which is each. My panels will fit behind your reproduction lenses as well.

Hi Justin, I'd be interested in the third brake/cargo light combo, and also, do you make them for the stepside taillights. Please let me know. Thanks, Greg

this X2.

I'm wondering if you have made, or can make some for the round taillights on a step-side?

Maybe if you could make it with an outer-ring or "halo" lit up around the perimeter for taillights, then light up the center for brake or turn signal?

Please let me know, I'd be highly interested, as I'm sure other stepper owners here would be too!

...I'm a bit skeptical with the lack of communication being exhibited here in this thread... is it time for your college finals or something?

Re: For sale: Hand-Made Custom LED Brake lights.

OK Justin I Have your bread and butter, 72 tail light (blue Dot) and reverse lights, but, i think im seriously complicating it. I assume if Even a single LED is flashable than any number of any pattern (IE.. if i wanted that < arrow > or a Star or the bowtie or the Middle Finger what have you~ anything you can draw out on a brightlight~) should be basically just the same.
I have read (skimmed over) all 13 pages of this thread and heres what i would like to have done if you have figured out the details to flash. Below listed are 4 photoshopped images options: All, Alt, Top only, and Bottom only flashers.

All Flash:

Alternate Flash:

Bottom Flash:

Top Flash:

1. What would be total price for the truck exterior front, rear, side? or would side be overkill?
2. If possible the total flasher price blue dot, and reverse?
3. If not than the total price for blue dot, reverse, front turn?

It's true, anything is possible, but it gets pretty complicated from a soldering/wiring standpoint. The backside can get pretty crazy depending on what design you want. I have done bowtie front turn signals for a 67-68 before.

The price on specialty lights like that would be different from the base prices since it's so customized. Also, the animations you made only light every other row up. there are actually 120 LEDs per side and you only have about half of them lit up. Also, I am having a hard time dimming my leds. That's why i always do either on or off, it also makes for a better contrast and is much more noticable to other drivers. Regular blue dots are $110, reverse are $50, and 72 front turns are $80 and $8 shipping. Let me know what i can do for you. I would just rather not "dim" them for safety's sake. I know big mfg's can do it, but I don't have an electrical engineering degree.

Glad I'm not the only one.
Although I don't have an order in, I tried 4 Separate times....
(within a 4 week period), via public posts and privately, to order a pair of LED Taillights from him.
I received no reply, and waited ANOTHER 2 months.
I finally bought them from another manufacturer.
Then after installing those, I knew that now I'd need a set of "Back-up" LED's.
I AGAIN posted/E-Mailed privately and that was about 6 weeks ago and STILL no response. I saw other Forum members hinting to ease up on him. He was a student and this wasn't a "Full-Time" Gig. So I did, but unless there's a Death in the Family, I personally have tried to give him my Business on 2 separate occasions in a 7 Month period, with no replies WHATSOEVER.

That in MY BOOK, is just plain rude.

The manufacturer that I ordered my Taillights from, has back-up lights
in R & D, and said they "should" be available by the end of Summer.

What about entire rows in sequence? from the inside to the outside? That would work for both flashers and brakes

The problem I see with the sequential flashing idea is the width of the taillight itself. It's just not wide enough to make the sequential effect show up very good.
If it could be done it would be cool though.

Re: For sale: Hand-Made Custom LED Brake lights.

I don't know about that. You guys are talking about some fairly complicated electronics. This ain't your average two element 1157 setup. The issue I have with it, is how would you be able to tell the difference between hitting the brakes and the turn signal? Seems like the cool flash should be for turn signals only, and everything bright for brake lights. The factory wiring sends the same signal for brakes and turn signal in these trucks. The kits you see on ebay for the mustangs work great for them because they have a definite brake light and definite turn signal. the two are separated. It just won't work with the factory wiring.

I couldnt wait any longer for him, so I went with "Rodworx" and talked with Kevin.
He answered all my questions and suggested what type of Flashes to use, and was very helpful.
I ordered them yesterday.
Their shop is in Florida and I live in California.
I ordered yesterday and I got an e-mail saying "for the sake of time",
they were shipping the order from their Californai Warehouse and it should be to me by Tuesday the 20th!
No dispespect to the maker of the LED's in THIS Thread, and I'm not trying to "Hijack the Thread.
The bottom line was that I wanted the LED's described here, but after 3 unanswered PM's, an E-Mail and posting here, I had to search out other Venues.

Re: For sale: Hand-Made Custom LED Brake lights.

well thanks for the update Justin. i ordered mine way before i was ready to be thinking about taillights so the wait is not a problem for me. im about to catch up on the build probably perfect timing for Justin to have them ready when i get to that point. Like i said i read all 13 pages of thread before and buyers seem happy occasionally Justin becomes busy with life and not LED's so ill continue to wait, if there comes a time where i have nothing left but Justin's tail lights than apparently i missed something. yea theyre cool and whatever but a set of handmade bulbs behind some lenses isnt gonna make my build incomplete. way too many important things to touch on than bulbs at this point

Re: For sale: Hand-Made Custom LED Brake lights.

Dukkie, I did exactly what you did. I ordered mine waaaay before I needed them. And that reason being, I figured it was far more affordable to buy a pair of $80 taillights than a $3k engine. So, I bought the lights. Don't need them yet. There still sitting in the box the came in. They are an excellent pair of lights and I do recommend them to others. Guys just be patient with him. He is a one-man-show. He doesn't do this for a living (I don't think.) This is more than likely his side hussle he uses to make extra money. He has a good product that, by word of mouth, got out and the business has snowballed into more than he could have imagined. That's a good thing though. He has a product out there that is affordable and is of quality. They are hand-made too. Which makes production time a bit longer. Not some mass produced lights made over seas.
