Well haven't done much to Copper lately, but progress in the near future! Did drive him down to Kroger and back today. I got the hitch sold, and with that got a spare tire carrier off Ebay, a glove box light from here, and just got a great deal on here for a swaybar, gas pedal trim, and 67 steering wheel! Going to take the worst steering wheel and cut it down to 15" to get more leg room, and keep the original style. I'll take pics of stuff when it comes in! Very excited!

It's like a 3" tip about 18" long! Sounds awesome! Still need to get on that video! Good to know someone's keepin' an eye on me!

I also gots a spare tire carrier in, I'll post some before after pics. Also waiting on some parts I ordered off the board here. A sway bar, original steering wheel (going to cut down to 15"), and gas pedal trim. Now I'm gonna need a good brake pedal pad and trim! It NEVER ends!

Haha, i hear ya on that one, I'm always finding stuff that makes me think, hmm... that would look good in the truck.

Truck is looking great, i LOVE that copper/ orange color

Thanks. It's kind of a brown right now, but when the sun hits it it's got the copper color I'm looking for. Thinking of going with Stacey David's Copperhead Orange when I redo it all.

Took the old glove box emblem from my parts truck and painted it up since it was faded and my truck needed one. The blue in the bowtie was still good so I taped it off. Then primed and painted a charcoal gray. Next used my touch up paint and painted the outside edge and around the bowtie. Used a white paint marker for the letters and inside of outter edge. Then gave it 3 coats of clear! Still gotta install it. Pics.....

Finished! Wish I could've got it in the sun.

Also got my gas pedal trim in and polished! Now just need a nice brake pad and trim.

Trucks looken good. I bet it sounds good to (video). Nice squarebody. My first truck was a 76 chevy and I loved it.

And last, but certainly not least my sway bar! Had to grind the old bolts off, but got the bar and frame brackets cleaned up and painted. I got new polyurethane bushings and brackets to use. Can't wait to get it installed!
Well, here's the before. Apparently I forgot to take pics of it apart and painted. I'll get 'em tomorrow.

Thanks. Yeah, still gotta get around to the video. Been slackin' on that! Mine was a '70. Love the square bodies though.

THanks, will be mine someday. It's got some nice cragar wheels on it. They need polishing though. She's not been taking as good of care of it lately.

The emblem looks GREAT!!! My sway bar is just setting on the ground full of rust. It is so pitted I don't know where to start with it. I might just take it somewhere to get sand blasted.
