Its 250 cubic inch and should run about 225 H.P with the stock Quadrajet, split manifold. Truck has a th350 in it now that I am replacing with a TH200/r4 transmission.

It also has a Pontiac Station Wagon Rear end in it, but not sure of gear ratio.

LT155Ruck,

Nice looking 55. It really looks good with that bed on it. My question is: Did you make those inside front fender wells and if not do you know if the company you got them from makes them for a 54? Keep up the good work.

Thanks, I like yours too. The front fender wells are just stock ones that I filled every single hole in. They have been modified even more now. I wasn't happy with the gaps at the lower section behind the suspension where the panels meet the frame. I welded up a flat piece with a rolled edge to fill it in.

Lol, thats exactly why I did the 59 fleet box about 10 years ago..... about 6 months after it was done, Gibbons fiberglass started making reproduction Cameo sides.Ah well. The top is chopped an inch and 9/16. I'm running 20s as well 295/40 on the rear and 255/35 on the front. Im thinking on changing to a 255/40 on the front?...ang going wider in the rear
