Re: My 73 c10 project.....
I watched this build since day one but didn't have an account made so never commented on it. Absolutely amazing!!! All of your trucks are top notch. I have a question about your notch and bridge kit as well as the 4 link and panhard bar. They are from AVS right? What are your thoughts on the set up? I have an 82 that i am bagging and I have an AOL set up in the rear right now but Its not low enough for me... Oh and any more pictures of that dually??

Re: My 73 c10 project.....
Any time, quality work deserves recognition. Sounds good, ill start saving my pennies for it then. The 73 isn't Zd is it? You just have cupped LCA's and drop spindles?

Re: My 73 c10 project.....
well i finally got a chance to work on this thing since i been busy with the family today i had a couple buddys come by to help me take the bed off the truck since im gonna be redoing somethings on the backhalf too also my plan is to run the gas tank where i runned the one on my 77 so im gonna have to do some cutting back there.... i also drained all the engine fluids and put the front up on jack stands and suported it really good so tomorrow i can slide the hoist under the truck and i can pull the engine out of there.... im gonna apologize upfront for the ****ty pics my cell phone takes it seems like the older it gets the worst the pics come out....

Re: My 73 c10 project.....
I've always liked your truck man. I only hope mine will come out half as nice as yours.
What are the specs on those wheels? What are the specs on the U2s on the 77? Are you going to shift the z forward one inch? Hows the firewall clearance when Low?

Re: My 73 c10 project.....
thanks bro on the wheels both sets are 22's and the tires are 265-35 series on both of them the paln is to do a straight Z and tub the firewall since at the point the tire will hit also im gonna relocate the wire plug and move it up out of the way..... my rear tires are goin bold already since i been driving this thing for almost 2 years and my gas pedal gets stuck sometimes causing them to do little burn out here and there lol .... so the plan is to buy two new tires but 30 series and run those on the front and get more clearance i'll be working on this thing for the next couple days more updates to come.

i also got the front wheels off and washed them since they had some coolant on them I'll be putting them away i don't want to do any welding or grinding around them... i should put the wheels on my trailer and take santa for a ride in style ....

Re: My 73 c10 project.....
not sure if i will since once the bed is on you can't really see it but the plan is to get the whole truck repainted sometime this year since the the paint is not perfect by any means it has its little flaws here and there......
