Delmo I wanted some more info on the brake booster setup. What brand is is it? Where did you get it? And can this work on my 66 flush mounted like that? Thanks buddy. Tony from Norcal Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Nacho Truck
Yoyoyo, it's just a simple 7" CPP booster/master combo that comes with the Proportioning valve. It's not ultra fancy but it gets the job done and is available in chrome etc. Flush mounting it on your truck is probably easier than the 69. The only thing you need to do other than drill new hole is to make a new pushrod that is the right length. CPP sells all different styles and sizes unless you want to make your own. That's what I did, drilled and tapped some solid bar stock with 3/8 Fine thread I believe. If you need anything just let me know.

Re: Nacho Truck
Yep, that master/booster set-up looks great! Nice and clean. I'll be adding that to the list of things to do to the 63.

March 17th just found the link. Sounds good, I'm going to get to work and get this thing back together and find a car trailer to borrow.

Re: Nacho Truck
That's me, had them build the trans. It had a small leak I had them fix. I see your truck in that lot all the time, I wanted that thing when I seen it on CL a while back.
