Hahaha so true

Nope the harness is good as-is, other than I need to add in side marker lights

Have you got them installed yet? Dying to know how they look with the seat and interior.

Not yet. I’m waiting until my 12-yo daughter and I both have some time to install them together. She says it’s “her truck” haha so I told her she better help me work on it.

Sounds good to me. But at least unpack one and check the color, “just in case”. Don’t want to wait too long, and then find out later they clash. Then we have time to get them fixed if need be.

I did open on up. I’ll lay them out on the seat tonight to verify. Thanks.

Re: project "C10 Fever" (68 factory black 396 swb)

These are perfect.

My daughter loves them. She is ready to drive it.

My wife came in the garage too and said “you realize you’re never selling this truck”… lol

I love the red! It's so bright.
My son has put dibs on my 68. My daughter wants the 93.

It should be a beast if I can ever cross the finish line and make it a driver... Something about the wide rears with raised white letters... haha

Here's a random pic, for tailgate tuesday

Re: project "C10 Fever" (68 factory black 396 swb)

I finally buckled down and got the front end wrapped up.

Body-frame grounding strap
Headlight bezels
Grille hoops
Bumper
License plate
Core support fillers
Tidied up a few wires

Re: project "C10 Fever" (68 factory black 396 swb)

I know I need to keep pushing it’s almost there.

Here’s my punch list, which I should be able to do in a few days haha

Reinstall seat belts
Reinstall hood
Buy/install antenna
Oil change (post cam break-in)
Alignment
Adjust carb/timing (need help with this)
Wire up front marker lights
Align headlights
Find and fix oil leak (I suspect the oil pan)
Remove from non-op

There are of course some random little things after that but at least it will be a driver after those things.
