Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Keep in mind the hood is all the way up and when the hood is dropped half way down it looks different. I could move them in off the hinges and down to the inner part but I need to get the hood gap fixed on the front first and the bumper finished. I will go back to the struts

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I know that dont worry about it. I see what you are saying. I should have gone with my first instinct and moved them to the inside. Thats what I get for starting at 8. I want to here what you guys have to say so don't worry about it. Thanks

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Well I picked the sub up for 400 already blasted. Talked to Bob Grant this weekend. He is going to make this sub into a tahoe for me we are going to chop it rake front and back windows and nomad roof lines. Should be a really cool project. While he is doing the body I will do the chassis. I will keep you guys posted. I will not start this project for a few months as bob does not have time for this project nor do I.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
WOW...so much to comment on , wheels and tires look killler !! (so does the go kart) i think the struts look 100% better moved off of the top of the inner fender, and of course that suburban is super cool, i kinda even dig the louvered hood , are you keeping it ??

you should paint and pinstripe that louvered hood for wall art !! i think that would look killer , old school color with lots of scrolled pinstripe

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I have to agree with you. I think the tahoe will be crazy. I am super excited about this project. I think bob can give me what I am looking for but we will have to see. Also I just picked up a sponsor from ppg on my 1940 ford delux. The car is heading out to Indiana to be painted in December so thats cool.
