Re: Post Your Ride 88-98 Trucks
I just joined the 88-98 club, picked up a 1997 C3500 quad cab dually, 6.2 turbo diesel, everything works, needs tires, an oil change soon (it's 3000 since last) and a tranny flush sometime soon too (it's been a year or so since the last one, probably needs one within 10K more miles at least). I bought it so I could reliably pull big things, car trailer mostly, planning on getting into SCCA club racing next year and need a good tow vehicle.
Did I get hurt bad at $5500? I looked for a better deal but all the other trucks in this league/year range/mileage range were running 7K+. |

This is my '92 454 "SS". It has a 4/6 drop, shaved tailgate and door handles, smooth front bumber, cowl induction hood and billet specialties wheels. This truck has only 17,000 miles on it.

Re: Post Your Ride 88-98 Trucks
Original_balzer, that is a sweet truck, I like all of the trucks, but it is good to see more 4x4s. I love that front bumper, it goes well with your truck.

Re: Post Your Ride 88-98 Trucks
A dodge cummins and a semi truck yank rope (huge bungi cord) and a LOT of black smoke!
Its a demon skull, and 36 chrome spikes across the dash mat.

Re: Post Your Ride 88-98 Trucks
Hey here's my '89 chevy chyenne pickup longbed STD cab. The pics are kinda old so a lot of stuff is revamped, especially the interior.
(It's a 2500 but the guy that originally ordered it at the dealership made them customize it and make it a 1 ton. I think he did this for lower registration costs or something, but nonetheless it's a 1 ton that looks like a 3/4 ton.)
