Those wheel are the bomb. Is the center coated gray? Can't wait for more updates and to see this one complete in person.

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

Thanks for all the positive feedback. This is my first ever attemp at making wheels. There is a lot to learn, but it was kinda fun. when the centers were finished (machined), we took then to a blaster and had then go hot & heavy on them to soften the edges, then they were powder coated grey with a semi-flat clear. I wanted brushed hops, but was over ruled. I like 'em. "Loco-Motive"'s.

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

Definately 18x12 with a 335 out back. Trying for that up front too, or 18x11, with a 315. Fender clearance is an issue.

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

OK, so this is how we fixed the wheel/tire clearance issues. The new openings are 2 1/2" higher and appx 1 1/2" wider. We tried to make 'em look stock-ish, and blend them into the stock body lines. If there were Can-Am trucks in 1972, this is what they would have looked like.

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

Very nice. The flare blends well into the stock body lines.

Are you going to do something similar out back so it matches?

I wish, we built them from scratch, it took about 6 hrs each. And yes, I will have to do the back to match.

Rob, that looks great! Those wheels are killer! I'm assuming you're going to be cutting holes in the grill fillers you installed?

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

That grill looks heavy. Those little holes behind the headlights won't lighten that front end much. I'd use it to make a mold to form one of carbon fiber. I'm only half joking. I've been reading up and watching videos on carbon fiber parts forming. It's not that hard once you have collected the proper materials. That methad could be used to form the fender flares also, or whole fenders, whatever. Light weight and easy to repair.

Ya know, with as many holes that your drilling in that thing, maybe paint it yellow or yellow-orange and call it Swiss Cheese!

Remember the Cheese Whiz '55 back in the 80's?

Truck is looking awesome! - Can't wait to see it runnin!

Re: No Limit's "K-10"

lets see, no more holes in the grill. Two for brake ducts and one for air cleaner inlet. We are well over the 250 hr mark, and closing in on the 500. I'd like carbon fiber, but know nothing about it. It would be cool to have it all steel, but I know it's heavier. The mistery panl is still in play, You'll see it installed soon.
