Re: Post those wheels gallery
Got them powdercoated to match the body color. I still haven't decided on center caps, but I'm leaning towards baby moons.

Re: Post those wheels gallery
I picked up my powder-coated wheels today, I think they turned out ok for what I paid ? $25.00 a wheel including blasting with some real fine metal abrasive.

Very nice. I'd like to see a pic after you get them on your truck.

Re: Post those wheels gallery
Customers 70 short step , 1st pic 22X9.5 BOSS 338 with a 265/35/22. 20X8.5 on front with 245/40/20 . 2nd pic 22X11 American Racing Daytona and yes it fits inside the fender. I am tubbing the bed to the frame.
Few random pics after that. We are going to section the tubs about 6"s and cutting the floor clear to the edge of the frame....Be plenty of room that way for future upgrades down the road. And we are doing away with the spare cut out also. Its getting a 4.5" -6" drop and upgraded to power discs. Redrilled the axles and drums to 5 on 5 bp Last edited by ksbrktracer; 01-27-2014 at 01:33 AM. |

Re: Post those wheels gallery
The 72 has just the factory 16's with stock caps on 33's. I had to throw the sled deck in it for a couple months of sledding but it's out now, need some fresh pics. Been thinkin of a 4" lift and some 35's and some chrome 8 spokes.
The 68 shorty I literally bought today. 15" centerlines which I'm going to take off and sell and either throw the ralleys (off the 62) on it to see how they look and see if thats the look I want or, if I can find out what these rims are that caseyg posted up on the artistic pic thread of the sexy red 67 I think I may be leaning to a set of them. Not usually a fan of 6 spoke but I'm really lovin these so if anyone knows the details of these rims????? Then I wouldn't need a 5 lug conversion I guess with either the ralleys or the 6 spokers.
