might be a bit a overkill, but i had the lift jig remade in steel. i also made it a tandem. now i use 2 hoists instead of one.

i had the center one added also with the idea of being able to flip it and use it to lift from the back pointing in, but i may cut those brackets off.

i must be lucky. found the rear cab support from desert valley auto parts. they cut it out,boxed and shipped for $250 btw the rear cab support is different then the pickups, so thats why i say i was lucky to find one not rusted away!!!

got a new hoist to left the front end in order to suspend the floor for removal. the back end is already blocked up high enough the pull the rear receiver.

i wish, its a pickup floor. i have the rear support for a burb from Az. from rocker to rocker with enough to graft to the rear floor pass'd the support and enough to graft to the new pan. i will need to cut the pickup rear cab support out and use the burb support. i will put a few pics to show my crazy plan...

should be enough to graft from both sides this is the burb it came from, saw it in person during thanksgiving!!!

its the weekend!!! so here's todays value added task. i got tube 7' of 2.5x2.5 with 3/8 wall thnkness ima slot it in 2 spots so a link can slip in and cross pin it with a bolt say half down. the tube will lift from under the cross bars i have bolted to the a and b pilar.

one 1/2" drill bit and a cutoff wheel later, it works. now i can lift the front off frame. i will come up with a second way to hold it in the air for safety!!!
