AD Suburban, Portland, OR

Lots of unobtainable parts on this one - seats, inside window trim, rear bumper panel, barn doors, etc. - at a decent price.

Craigslist is the universal standard. Anyone can use it, no account or profile required, unlike FB where you have to sell your soul and your privacy.

PS: I thought that was a good price on that truck until I saw "4.3 V6." Although an excellent motor, they lack the power and the sound of a small block. In this case, over-utilizing the S10 donor truck will cost them in resale value.

As the OP I say "All are welcome". Although I have come to notice that the popularity of C/L or F/B or Offer Up or what have you seems to vary regionally as you cross the nation with no, one format being the dominate one everywhere.

Here's a 49 from the PNW. With a radio and cool canopy included $15500. Sweet! The opinion is mine the truck is not.

Reading his add I'd say he is a non car guy who thought he was going to slap one of "those cool rat rod trucks" together and found out that he didn't have the skills or knowledge to do it. Now he is fishing for another sucker.

Re: Post your C/L finds for everyone to enjoy!

Not a truck but a business opportunity for someone who is a top notch automotive electric guy who has the stuff to manage a business that rebuilds starters, generators and alternators and does automotive electric work along with selling automotive electrical parts

I've done business with the owner for a lot of years and he told me the other day that he is putting it up for sale. https://yakima.craigslist.org/cto/d/...002872296.html

This is the go to shop for alternator, starter and generator repair in central Washington and they handle quite a bit of mail in for repair business.

They did have a top notch crew when I was going up there a lot.

This one is down in Hogfarm's stomping grounds.

The grill bars might be worth a fair share of the price.

Not really craigslist, but I just bought a 67 off a guy who wants to sell this truck. If anybody is interested, send me a PM and I'll pass along the contact info (it's not mine). Probably available cheap...
