Looks great. What size and thickness metal did you use for the crossbraces. What size dimple dyes did you use in them as well?

Fricken' SWEET!

Hood struts would be great. Maybe I'll use the stock shocks I pulled off the truck. They should be strong enough for those massive slabs o' metal.

Inner Fender Modifications and Moon gas pedal. We will change up the brake and clutch pedals and new Moon pedal pads to match gas pedal. We are trying to keep with our "salt flats push truck " theme.

That's how I'm doing mine. I hit our good friends up about 'helping' that portion of the project along.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Does anybody else think that 60-66 looks better in a long bed than a 67-72 in a long bed?

Made some modifications to the exhaust system, added some more components, and tearing the bed down getting parts ready for powder coat.

What diameter and width trailer fenders did you use?
Also,... where did you purchased them?

John Gilbert that trailer was not mine ... it was the delivery driver from Arizona. My trailer is a dove tail. Will post pictures of "No paints" brother a 1966 c-10 long bed blue and white big back window Oklahoma truck 283 automatic.
