So I went back to the junkyard to get some parts for the nova and found this one tucked away in the corner. Has no interior but I love the color!

What did you buy to get the 6/8 drop and from where did you get it? Thanks for the info and that's a good looking truck!

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!
Thanks. I bought bonneville g's for my silver 68 survivor truck and they didn't look right so I out on steelies with stock caps. I figured they would look good on blue truck. Coys are for my 68 all original suburban getting a Duramax swap. Hope to have suburban on power tour this year. Blue 68 will be fall back if it isn't done.

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!
The 5.3 looks like a very clean install with the air & blower. It appears this is not your first time at this. DO you build them for yoursself or sell them off?

I built it to take on power tour this year. I usually try to do a couple a year. May sell after this summer but undecided.

Re: Post you patina trucks!!!!!! Real or fake post your weathered beauties!
Have had this for about a year or so and am finally getting time to do what I want to it. This site and all of you have really helped inspire and educate during the planning process, so THANKS. Patina, Porterbuilt, Accuair, CPP, and GM Transits sum up the direction this is going.
