Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

And another local truck.
Short fleet.
I talked to the owner.
He just bought the truck.
383/th350
4/6 drop
Shaved handles with poppers
He just put the black 338's on it, 20x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear. He has the new revision wheels but still had to use a 1/4" spacer up fron and the rears just barely rub on the inside.
I told him about this site, hopefully he will join up...

Bought her about a month ago. You should see a build thread in around a month.
Looking pretty rough right now. Just worked on getting the small thing off it like the trim and other small things.
1986 c10, built 350 th400 lotso work ahead of me.

Sorry for low quality pics.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Thanks for the compliments. My dad bought the truck in the 93 or 94, and recently sold it to a friend of the family's. Well that friend's brother just passed away and left him a new Dodge Dakota. With the new truck, our friend decided to sell it back to me. And yeah he put some small tires on it!

Plan on installing Nate's dropmembers front and back. Welding in some 2x4 stock in the framerails and chopping to lay rockers. Debating on whether I want to roll a 20/22 combo or go all 22's... Gotta swap the 305 to something with a little more power. Refresh the interior with billet, etc.

Thinking about painting it a kandy blue with flames or red with flames. Or two-tone. Decisions, decisions!
