Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Is that a Ford bed or just the fenders?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
It was a 73-79ish Ford flareside short bed that a previous owner had installed and added a wooden/sheet metal box between the bed and cab to use up the extra frame space. It looked terrible and the bed was in awful shape. I took it off an sold it. Then when checking the numbers on the truck I found that it was originally a long stepside rather than a fleetside like I had assumed. Made me happy because they only produced 11,000 something long stepsides vs the 230,000 some long fleetsides in 1970. So eventually ill be dropping the $2000 for an 8ft stepside

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
As beautiful as your truck is..... As great as your shots are...I felt obliged to "play" with this one.
Mostly, to green up the grass and dump the drain cover. Hope you don't mind. If you do, I'll pull the pic. Beautiful truck.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II
Here's my addition! A daily-driver '72 C-10 Cheyenne Shortbed with a 402ci engine. Original dash, instrument cluster. SPID shows plaid bench seats; do you think I should replace the buckets to go with the original look? How rare were plaid seats in the C-10? Value?
