I have it on my calendar and I'm going to try to make it. Just got back from a show in Paris today. Trucks running better I've got a carb kit coming in this week so with a fresh carb rebuild. The distributors in and I'll dial that in after the carb work. Hoping to see you there.

Re: 67 long box

The doc took out the trial implant today and now to let the area heal for a month. Then a new complete internal implant will be put in. This is great news as it has helped enough to go ahead with the implant. Down side is no more welding which is what I love to do. I can still do everything else but weld. Time to teach my daughter to weld.

I told my wife I was going out to play with my new dollies and she gave me a strange look.

Thanks I've been doing a little better. enough to get out to reorganize the shop. Time to bring in the snowmobile and snow blower. I need more room.

Re: 67 long box

Well the dollies are only as good as the pic. I put the truck on them and couldn't move it. I could get the back end to move but with my feet against the wall pushing. POS they are and going back to princess auto. I should have known.

I recommend GoJack dollies. They are pricy, but you can find them used on occasion. They make moving vehicles around the shop or driveway so easy.

I agree with the recommendation. Bought a set and they make it easy to move a vehicle around in the shop. In fact, my 10 year old Grandson can move a 56 Chevy or current build project around.

Thanks it's been fun building it and I take pride in doing a good job, once. I've got more work to do but that's what winter is for.

Re: 67 long box

No snow for the sled or snow blower, too crappy for the stool, no ice for fishing, might as well get back on the truck. I got the radio and power inverter installed with a custom mount.

New speaker box with a good start on it. It will also have storage on each side.

Thanks, the sled can be fun if there's snow which we still don't have. I've had it to 200kms and past, things a rocket. No snow for two more hours north.

Re: 67 long box

No real snow this year yet, total of 2-3 inches with maybe 1/2 inch now on the ground. I'm the same geological north as the middle of Oregon. I'm south of Toronto in Ontario.

Re: 67 long box

I carried the three bar look I did on the door panel around the face of the speaker box. Added two access panels for corner storage. It's a good thing I learned wood working in high school, to bad it was 30+ years ago.

Re: 67 long box

Had to go ice fishing and take a break. Back at it, I made up the first corner filler piece and it seems to fit well, one more to make. starting to take shape.
