Yeah those are 20" Old School gunmetals from Discount Tire Direct with 45 Series Falkens. The same wheels are sold by different companies under other names.

I have rear relocators and stock front shocks in the rear, the stock fronts are actually the same length as drop rear shocks at a fraction of the price.

(the ticking when he starts it is not there in person, the sound is a bit off..

) Not sure what the ticking is, but's not a lifter like it sounds. .. and the exhaust sounds much better standing beside it.
