Awesome work man!! Love the color scheme on the engine and also love the grille. I have one of those grilles for my 65 just haven't gotten around to installing it.

I ordered the gas tank and related parts last week!! Got busy with other projects and spent all my money!! lol Hoping to have it on the road by the end of summer!! I'll post pics as soon as I get back on it!!

Motor in, Trans in, Fuel system done, Gauge cluster in, Drive shaft in, Brakes done, Rear Patina Step bumper on!

I spent last night and this morning skimming and reading this AWESOME thread!!! Hard to believe I missed this one til now...
I truly love this board... Getting to see the amazing builds going on keeps me motivated... Although my static drop is not as much work as what I see you guys, and a host of others doing, it is great fun nonetheless... There are too many points about this build, which caught my eye, to mention without this turning into a short Novel that is... Congrats!!! and keep up the GREAT work!!! Hopefully a Nova burnout pic is out there somewhere...

Thanks for all the comments guys!! I got it running, got to build the exhaust next (started last night), bolt the front clip on, put in the radiator (I'm worried about the block!! many winters out side!) Than a few more things to get it on the road!! Pics soon to follow!!

After what has seamed like forever!!
I didn't paint the trans, I know. Don't know if I was in pain or not, maybe photo opt. Some free linkage I had laying around, made it work! All the free exhaust I got, trying to make it work (not using the corvette mufflers) just a few more to come. |
