Basically what Keith said, I will install a bulk head in it when I install the Vintage Air. Most people just see a heater box, it takes a lot of work to get it smooth enough to paint!

I do them usually a couple at a time because it’s a pain.

Wow, I just read through this entire thread and I wish I had seen this thread when it first started. I have been dragging my heals on working on my 72 and this really helps to get the motivation back. I cannot believe all of the attention to detail by both of you. I'm definitely looking forward to watching all of the progress from here forward.
