Haha, I have two trucks and my dad has two. This is my main baby tho, I've been at this thing for over two years now and every time I get an extra penny it goes into this project. Thanks, the drivers door fit perfectly, I'll get better pictures of the gaps next time I'm home. The passenger door wouldn't go back far enough so I'm gonna have to either notch the hinge or get a spacer

See I tore mine apart before I even got my license so I never got to make her into a DD. Kinda wish I would've taken a smaller bite then I did but I guess if I do it nice now then I won't have to do it again later

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Does anyone know what wheels these are? Also is there any info on this truck? I'd love to check out some more pictures and specs. This is a photoshop rendering of what I want my truck to look like but the original truck has a white roof and upper side molding. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks

They look like Bonspeed Intense 5 in a 6-lug version.

I think they are an old Boyd Coddington wheel actually.

Yea I think they are the Boss 330s. I just realized that 6 spoke usually means 6 lug right? Cause I converted to 5 lug

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Well if you like the look of those and wouldn't mind a three piece wheel my business could make those for you they actually look really similar to a base version we do called the edge

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Well guys, I have been up at school since August. I am really busy with mid-terms and all that collegiate bull crap. Buuuuut I will be home tomorrow night for the weekend and then next Wednesday is the beginning of my fall break which is a five day weekend. So I should have all of the body panels mounted and fit properly. I'll post some more pictures as I get it done. It's killing me not being able to work on her but it shouldn't be long before there is progress

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

Okay so here are some better pictures of what has been done thus far. The LF fender is just sitting on there, it hasn't been aligned or tightened down. I think the gaps on the door look OK????? Not really sure what they are supposed to look like. What do you guys think?

Sending the door panel inserts off to be re-finished soon. Also trying to talk my dad into letting me buy this NOS heater control off of him.
