Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2

just to be clear, prev owner (member) did highlight that the feathers were added, not original, but added before he got it. Then it got repainted, somewhere later down the line. I missed the part about painted around the feathers - agree, that's a bit of a flag... But so is the bronze interior. Still, pretty cool old rig. Funny, I think the mod bods are kinda corny - yet, I'd LOVE to have one - YET (a further "yet") for some reason I'd only want one if it was original. Yes, I know I'm a little weird. And I realize I will never own one - too many others above it on the bucket list. But sure is fun to think about. I'm sure there is a faded ochre feathers C20 Custom Camper hiding in someone's back yard around here whose owner wants to give it away.

68 K10 $6800
97 vortec 350/4L60E/NP241 swap. Great patina if you like that sorta thing - but rockers and floors look pretty rusty (would look awesome with the problem areas repaired and blended in with the overall finish, my 2 cents ) - seems like a very fair price in my book.

Not sure on the YOM, but this actually looks like a real nice camper for its age.

1971 Gmc c10, rebuilt sbc 350, auto trans, lowered, original paint bronze with nice patina, just had seat reupholstered, posi-trac rear end, runs and drives great. Comes on new 15” wheels with new Bfg’s, but can come on the new 20”s for added cost if wanted. (not mine)
