yeah some small stuff, i had thought about selling my bed but dont think i would get much for it. i have eveything i need other than the header and the right side to make a good one. i am afraid if i start tearing it apart it will fall the rest of the way apart. other than that got to look around. wish i had another set of those seats.

which seats? I agree on the bed, I'd build a new bed with the side you have and something from Carlisle, i've seen some good deals on them...

got my cab completely done today!!!!!! got all the welding done and finished grinding. now just have to finish sanding! i spend several hours going over all of the patches of significance i repaired(corners, floor, window surrounds, kick panels etc...) with a flashlight on one side and an eye on the other looking for pinholes. found several and after welding gas tanks for awhile i know there will always have holes and figured i would like to get them now rather than later.
once i get it all sanded i plan on making the garage spic and span then building a plastic booth in the garage for painting it. i hope i can roll the plastic up and hang it of the rafters until i need it till other parts are ready for paint??

do you need a small motorcycle style lift? There is a cabinet shop with a similar lift for sale on HWY 934...

couple pics of the rear window finished and i had added some weld to the driverside cabcorner were it meets the pillar. it was not a straight line and some how i had it pushed back and it looked bad with the door on and figured gone this far might as well fix it while i can. it turned out good and glad i had taken care of it. you can see i did not take the weld down all the way were it was on a weird angle and figure nobody but me will notice and now you guys.

actually my muscles are sore today! it is going to hurt to get going again tonight! any how is this bump or raised area in the aftermarket floors normal? no biggy i just did not notice till i was sanding and dont remember it hitting or falling? just wondering if anyone has replaced theirs if it is there from the stamping? sorry not a good finger to point something out with, it is not to any of you!

well got the cab already to piant today with the exception of a couple of spots i still need to sand. unfortanetly i have found once again more rust! i can not believe it! i have never hung out up under the dash before and low and behold to the right of the passenger side vent opening were the handle mounts there it is! rusting thru from behind! not a big deal but i know if i cut it out there will be more behind were the dash mounts. so i dont know what to do or how to go about fixing? fix the small patch and spray some rust killer this is not a very could time to tear out the dash to get the whole piece out. from previous rust repair on this pain in the butt it is not going to be just what i see. every can has had a ton of worms and just have a bad feeling. any sugestions would be welcomed or comments, thanks.
