Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

the frame will be gloss black powdercoat, everything that bolts on to it will be this charcoal gray metallic.. ie.. dropmember , trans member,4link , the rearend is gloss black. I am not big on chrome rearend covers but i am putting one on this rearend because i think it will look really cool with the black rearend , chrome cover and the charcoal girdle on top of it

Looks nice. I just picked up a set of those from NWAF. Are you going to polish them or paint them?

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread

i was wondering what they would look like with the radiator cover i know now, that looks awesome , i will prob paint mine, since i am going with somewhat of a stock engine theme, the bad thing is i already have my core support powder coated and now i need to cut it up ....oh well i guess i will shave the humps on the top now

I'm having him build me one out of metal and he is going to make provisions for the humps so I don't have to cut the core support. It won't be as smooth as the aluminum ones, but I think it should still look cool.

Since his website didn't say anything about having to cut the core support --- same price, . He can also punch holes in it like the radiator cover, but I wanted to completely close that area off. I think it will force more air through the radiator and keep it cooler....
