That paint is gonna look great in the sun. You have a rare painter. Most guys have theirs in paint prison for months and months.....sometimes even years.

Painter called me around 5 ish this afternoon and I quote "parts not done no power". Ok but why did u start so late in the day? Especially when we all knew we had a storm coming? Ahhhhh!!!! He's driving me nuts!! Lol
BTW jonathon, I got the hinges. Can't wait to get them painted with the uv resisant por15. Will post a pic as soon as I get them done.

Wow I didn't see this pic. Guess it didn't wanna load up on my HTC. I was there omce...I never wanna go back. Lol. If u put ur mind to it you can do it. My problem is trying to pay student loans off(done finally!!!26000$ cleaner!!!) And with work the way it is I'm never home or I get off too late to get anywhere to get parts. Thank god for this forum and the awesome members like David Jonathan and randy.

I like it, It looks cool on here....but I am sure it's much nicer in person because you can see the blue in some of the pictures.

Must be nice to have all those rust free originals

Good idea putting the emblems on...I've seen many people forget them and then have to take the fender loose or all the way off to install them.

I drove to Cameron tx for the fenders had the hood shipped from Wisconsin cab came from Texas city tx frame from clevland tx. It's hard to find rust free originals. Now if I could only find some 67 rear fenders....

What I was shooting for was a blue but every other truck you see is blue(Chevy). I wanted a color no one had and hopefully no one has this one yet. There are four different pearls in it. It's a Lexus starfire pearl. It has red silver and white pearl. Then a dbc500 with nothing but a lot of blue crystal pearl. Then clear. So when u look at it in the shade it looks whiteish and when the light hits it it turns blueish. You can see it in the camera flash.

Where'd ya get those nice bowties??? They look cool painted blue, just have to put some blue LED lights in your guage cluster now so it will really stand out. I think it's gonna come together and look super cool!

I really like it! The blue emblems compliment the blue flake/pearl nicely. I went with blue in emblems myself to compliment the copper/orange in my paint better than the red. You can see in my avatar pic.

Took these as a test fitment and it turned out really good...my body guy straight up told me that the grille wasnt an original...bull,...all the stock pieces i have line up perfectly 100%

BTW.. im not a fan of the blue tape, green rocks..lol it matches the quad too..
