We got the crossmember back from the blaster today.... and the paint was applied asap !!! It looks like gloss.. but it is just wet..Going back together this weekend !!

Man, I am so jealous. Your a lucky guy to access to that shop an all that equipment. I'm sure you could make it work in a storage shed if you had to. The truck looks great. It is inspiring me to rip mine apart.

Today was a busy day.....the crossmember is painted. although it looks powdercoated. I won't however reveal my secret on how I did it !!! It is very durable also.... we tested it by accident. We installed the rear diff cover too... bolts are silver tooffset all the black... and rust !!!
