I think the issue could have been solved with adjusting the tubz a little , you might open up the holes just a little to give some extra adjustment . Sorry for the inconvenience , I tried to make templates for the fender brace cuts but every truck I measured had slightly different measurement if I tried to go from the firewall forward or the core support back ? I didn't want to give a pattern out and everyone complain that it was wrong , if anyone knows a constant that I could measure from I could do a pattern .

I had to ream the holes out on mine to but I new that was going to happen. The tolerances are so large on these trucks that I knew it was going to be a pain to make them line up on the first try. Anyway the truck looks great and I cant wait to see it finished. The truck and inners will look great together

If I continue to have the issues after I made adjustments to the hood and fenders I will pull the inner fenders and ream the holes.
