Laid out on the frame rails now!!!
She will be able to drive the truck low as well. Our two craigs list finds, cluster with gauges and C-60 grille. Going to make the brackets to insert "Chevrolet" in the opening and have it chrome plated!! Motor and trans next!!! Maggie and Jason |

Hey thanks for checking out my project. Looking good! welcome back been missing these updates. I used chiefrockas method for the front xcrossmember too....worked out great acctually. Congrats on all your other accomplishments as well.

digging the idea on the grill!! thats gonna be sweet. just wondering. is there any certain ride height were your sway bar hits ur pitman arm when turning... i figured out that i had that problem not too long ago.. i think a lil shorter bolts it will prolly clear but i havent messed with it yet

A few grille pics!!
I welded on some tabs to bolt the Chevrolet too. Had to replace the headlight buckets with the ones from the stock grille. I cut off the bracket on the letter "R" and kept the cemter support on the grille, the letter fit over the center support perfect! Once painted black I don't think you will see it. I don't know how others have done it, but it seamed to work. Jason |
