Little progress is better than nothing at all. It's really looking good.

Re: Project "Irvin"
I told my son he could take mine to his senior prom last year, needless to say it wasn't quite ready. (May have been a good thing) LOL

Re: Project "Irvin"
, my stepson wantes to take his date to prom in mine but....he dumped her yesterday. So that won't be an issue but the little girl turns 9 on March 9th and I'll take her in it unless it's raining. It's really drivable now I just keep adding and doing fine detail work to keep it in garage

Re: Project "Irvin"
Got my cowl, wipers, and antenna installed along with grill and bumper and hood for the last time hopefully. Also got the original seatbelts cleaned up and installed with the bench seat. Next I am having to replace the sending unit in the Boyd tank, isn't reading so I checked it and it's no good. Thanks to Travis for getting me one on the way! Will put up some pics later on today

Re: Project "Irvin"
Been a little since my last update. Since last update all trim is installed with bumpers and grill, changed oil and set timing dead on so now just a few little things to go and it'll be on the road legally. Washed it today and ready to kill the neighbors cat. Left it out last night and cat tracks all over it.

Re: Project "Irvin"
Looks great Ben! Made some progress yesterday. Took forever to get cross member out. Got flywheel, new starter, 2004-r installed, drive shaft, and PB cross member installed. Didn't know that TCI kit for transmission required a 2 wire solenoid for trans, so had to order from NAPA, will be here Monday. Mechanic will install hopefully Monday and then install all the carb brackets and stuff, Lokar shifter linkage and stuff. Still have to go over brakes, check bearings, service rear end, check plugs and stuff before maiden voyage. Then it's off to body shop to install cab corners.
