i know i shouldve run more after i got my driverslicence i gained about 1/2 my weigh since that time , if i try to run now my back starts to complain and shortly after that my hip starts to feel like its starting to disconnect
maive i just start walking longer distances in summer

i got a job again and having fun at it too idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts |

the problem is that i need to roll myself out of bed and limp to the toilet at night a few times before it stops hurting in the morning , i allready work more to get back in shape and forcing myself to walk more by parking the truck farther away and walk back to do the delivery
think being hit in youre lower back by a baseballbat a few times and have a screwdriver prying in youre hipsocket non stop no matter how you sit stand or lie down and youre pretty close to wat i feel at the end of the day , its realy annoying as it interferes with my freetime stuff like working on my car and trucks

notch work is starting, i will have to wait until i blow the frame back apart to finish welding and grinding on this part of the notch, really hard to get at with my tools , i need a small angle grinder !! anyone show me what they did to notch their cab for the bolt in body drop ? any pics anyone ?

I have older air ride tech bags the new slam specialties bags lift about an inch higher and take less pressure to air up

the ones i had didnt come with my dropmember they were ones i already had from my air ride tech stuff, i dont have the Porterbuilt control arms either ......i wish....NATHAN would you sponsor me a set of upper and lower control arms !! LOL, please ! i bet he hears that once a day !
