Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Thanks Cartoonface!!! This is my first GM pickup since I bought my '91 Chevy Silverado new. I owned a '79 Chevy Cheyenne 454/400 running a 456 posi for legs before the '91. Prior to that I had a '35 F__d, a '60 F__d, a '64 F__d. I switched back to F@#D in 1995 and had several new ones since along with the '39 F__d that I sold in 2005. The last F__d was a '02 SVT Lightning which I sold a couple of years ago and have been Truckless (drove me NUTS!) since then until a couple of weeks ago when I bought this '72 Sierra. I have ALWAYS loved the GM line of trucks! The other company's have had several years of butt ugly rigs that only a mother could love!!!

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Greetings everyone. New member here. My father and I built this truck back in 1993. It was basically a 69 with a 67 front clip and we took 3 inches out of the top. I sold the truck about 6 years ago and kick myself every day for doing it. Getting ready to build another short wide so just kind of getting back into these trucks. Awesome site!

Camels and a GMC...not a combination you see very often. Very cool.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
These are pics the original owner took before I bought it. The truck is currently in mid tear down phase and am not sure when I'll get it put back together.

Little back window, No side markers, and a sloped hood all point to '67

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Yes, you're right. It's a 67. Sorry, forgot to add that info haha. It's a 327 with automatic and has the original oil bath.
