Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
I have been thinking about doing a build thread on this truck I am no expert on the swap but mine does work great and is a work in progress my biggest problem is I take very few pictures of anything when working on it. I may start a build thread on the truck in a few days

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
I did that to mine as soon as I get time I am going to do a build thread on it with how I did it. It is not terribly hard to do.

This truck was posted on another board for sale and I figured I'd add it to this thread.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
thanks, awesome site for a chev nut, im new here tryin to figure how everything works. The "big dirty" is my 1980 Gmc 35, very original except for all the rust. Original .020 over 400 Block but built for some power/th400/205/d60, just finished the 14 bolt rebuild, the gov lock just grenaded hard even blew parts through the cover and im runnin 37/13.5/20 rubber with almost no lift (first pic was when i got it put on some 285s to drive it home)

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
I got the first grill and both core supports from a salvage yard in Grahm, Tx. the second grill was quite an ordeal, I wait'd 6 months for a new one. I finaly bought a used grill from a fellow board member and when the new grill did arive I had my girl friend put it away till I repaint the red truck.
