Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Here's my 2. The first is an 89 4x2 454/400/4.10 rusty that has been used as a parts truck... The second is todays find 86 4x2 454/400/4.10 CA truck that has an yet to be determined fate. Its a runner/driver, at least after I fixed the packrat damage. I've never actually drove a crewcab truck so maybe a driver for awhile.
Yes it is handy to have your own tow truck... BTW its an 87 454/400/205/4.10 truck that I built late last year. Last edited by esbstuff; 03-17-2012 at 12:11 AM. |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
It's a 91 c3500 350/4l80e black on red. I bought it a couple months ago, already shortened. Right frame rail was not straight. I fixed it and all the other welds, then boxed the inside. Did some bed swapping, blazer tank, cleaned up the interior and slapped on some free 20"s. I think I'm going to flat black the whole thing soon.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Hello everyone, new to the site and love it. Hadnt had a square in a few years and got the itch for another. Just got this 86 K30 crew from a friend who had too many projects. 350/th400,D60,205,14bff. Installing lift and 37"s now, along with a 177 blower to get some more torque outta the 350. For now I'm going to get the lift, engine, and detailing chassis done and drive and enjoy it this summer and worry about the body/interior this winter. Rear lift not installed yet in these pics.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Here is my "new to me" Crew, I am deployed and saw this on craigslist in alaska and had my wife go get it for me! It has the 6.2L diesel that was just rebuilt. I cannot wait to get home to get started on her, she is a beauty and i practically stole this truck.
I have been scouring this site here the last few days getting ideas for my new project. Please give me your opinions. The running boards and camper are coming off first and then probably a 2.5 inch lift and just gonna put some 265/75's on it, not going too extreme on this one cause i want it set up to pull a 5th wheel camper. Will be posting more pics as priject progresses.
