You guys are making me recall memories of my youth.
When I was about 13-14 years old, about 6 of us boys all about the same age, were out shooting squirrels just up the hill about 5 miles from where I live currently, we were at two brother's Aunt and Uncles Ranch.

The two brother's had Ruger Single Single 6 .22 pistols and the rest of us had .22 rifles.

I guess things got boring so we were putting cow pies on fence post and shooting them. Then it progressed to quick draw shooting the cow pies.

Well it did not go too well for the younger brother, when the gun went off in the holster, the bullet entered the outer calve of his leg and traveled just below the skin like a mole and stopped just above his ankle. Lucky, Lucky Guy! compared to what could have been.

We all, and rightly so... got in trouble for "Gun Play"

That van reminds me of one I saw many years ago that had all kinds of coins pop-riveted to it. I guess the never went broke. Like penny loafers, but a lot more money.

Yeah. Fresno to Madera. That's such a good idea. I'm sure it will be very popular.

I could see a high speed rail going from Humboldt to Los Angeles. Just don't check that luggage that smells like skunk. It's not a skunk. Take my word on that.

Yes we make our own . Have to mix in pork no fat on venison. Friend has a commercial sausage maker used to use the kitchenaid with the attachment very slow .

That sausage does look really good. Is that commercial sausage grinder chain drive? We do sausage at a friend's place who got one out of a place that closed down. Huge motor.

Yuck. It's bad enough to think about what's in hot dogs. I don't care I'll eat them anyway. I eat Chorizo and you know what that looks like. Like a turd wrapped in plastic. But it is tasty and I don't want to know what's in it. Some things are just better with no questions asked.

I have the Kitchen Aid thingy. It is really slow at grinding meat. Painfully slow. I need a better one. But it will just be another thing taking up space. I'll use it maybe once a year.

My random pic... Finally got my S10 home. It's pretty much what I expected. Not a total POS but it's a POS. I have to figure out what to do with it. The hood is toast and the grille is not looking to good either. And it won't start. Isn't that special. But for $500 I'm taking a shot. Maybe I can do something with it.




I bought off my friend who is completely insane. Nicest guy in the world but he's a nut. I was cleaning the junk out of the cab, cigarette butts, beer cans, some ripped up IRS papers, and bullets. Not a surprise. I was expecting worse.

^ So true! I haven't been to a gun range in two years. I ain't paying those prices for ammo, even .22LR is stupid expensive.

No kidding. But these were only .22's and just a few of them. I am going to sell the camper shell. Maybe make a couple of bucks on that. I'd rather have the bed open. Now I just have to find a hood. The grille is 50/50 on whether I can fix it or not.

My plan is to just make it my beater. It has the 2.2 four banger in it so it should get some decent mileage and I wont have to worry about scratching it up.
