My friend built that truck about 10 years ago. Very nicely done.
It was a suburban body in a semi chassis with a cummins. The stripes matched mis race trailer.

Used to have. Normal looking bed on it, but looks like someone cut it down

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs

I have some pictures of it when it had a normal bed on it. I thought it still had the electric rear window in the back. that goes into the tailgate.

Does anyone have pictures of this as Built. I just have a hard time thinking that it is a Semi Frame. Compared to a c-60 frame and grafted suburban and bed on it.
Seems like less work. I had a Big Truck and Man it is a Lot of work to get that Engine into that Compartment, Unless you just use a 60 to start with

That thing is SWEET. Idea thou, anyone seen one on a strecthed one ton frame laying out? Just a spur of the moment thought. That would look great going down the highway with our crawlers hooked to it.

I just saw this beast sitting near Dallas Raceway in Crandall, TX. It's still for sale. Wish I hadn't been in a hurry and could have gotten a closer look at it!

It's for sale somewhere in north Texas. I saw it at one of the shows a couple months back. He's asking a pretty penny from what I can remember.

i'm just running the rotary ve pump. i advanced the timing and turned up the pump and it has all the power you'll ever need. the best part is the 5 speed. i only have the getrag but it still is a lot better than the automatic.

yes I would have to agree with you there. I have had really good luck with the NV4500 and 5600 in the past, they have seemed to do the trick.
