i have a few areas that i need to still work a bit, but overall the fix is in. Honestly the hardest part is getting the panel to separate, AND anywhere that they would use that damn "bond", that really sucks! It sticks together and is not easy to separate, heck it is almost easier to remove spot weld areas. This is how it was for me at least.
Now i must work the inside area... this is where i get a bit nervous. The outside part i just did is just one cut and match that was short, the inside, well that is a longitudinal cut and i am not happy about that... but quitters never advance .. so .... lol This weekend you may hear alot of screaming from Washington State!!

Now for the one that has me worried a bit. Any thoughts here are welcome. So i am going to do this patch, but trying to keep the passenger visor area as is because there is a panel behind the small holes that i want to keep.

and finally, the firewall. I am trying to figure out what holes must stay and what can go, so i can clean it up.
I am getting vintage air, hyrdolic clutch (Captfab) and Hydroboost. Any help here?

Ok, well so the inside rust repair was not really that bad, just had to make sure i made small adjustments until it fit good, really not bad. Thank goodness! Now it is cleanup time and start the filler part....

That's weird, the exact same inner roof area was bad on mine too. Looks great.

Fantastic work on the inner (and outer) repairs!
Ours was so far gone we had to do the entire inner/outer panels...from A-post to A-post. The outer was not bad. But I will say for those considering doing the complete inner...stop, measure thrice, then re-consider. I found the inner patch panel to be too short in the A-post area. The original piece reached further down and tucked into the A-post with a complex lip/bend; the patch panel was way short, ended up burning a lot of time cutting and bending small patches out of stock to tie everything in. Another consideration, when you cut across the entire inner roof area (opposite of the window lip), the roof panel will sag making the final fitting a real bear. I'm sure my inexperience played a part in the circus but...just a suggestion.

Damn, sorry you had to the entire thing. I was lucky and only had to about 1/2 of it. I am by no means a body guy, AT ALL. I am trying to get it as nice as i can, but i know i am not a body guy, so as good as i can is what i will get. LOL
