Got mine as well yesterday, top notch craftsmanship!

The fitting on the top, is that for a vent line?

hi ,what kind of price for a fuel tank for a 1970 chevy c10,i'm looking for one that fills in the license plate area,if that make sense also one that would use a 1987 up sender so i can run an electric fuel pump for fuel injection. thanks jason shippimg to mn 55330

We now have the Aeromotive Stealth in tank pump availible for all EFI Systems. it looks like a 30% increase in fuel flow. and uses the same wiring and socks as the Walbro.

How much for two of them, are they a bolt in for your tanks that have the Walbro set up previously?

Re: Boyd Welding-67-72 Rear Mount Aluminum Tank

Does anyone with a side fill tank have to notch the frame for clearance? Here's a few pictures of what I'm referencing. I'm also considering removing the rear brace to slide the tank inside the frame rails & shim it so the fill tube is above the top of the frame. Question: Can I swap the current rollover safety valve & return line locations? Reason: The rollover is directly under a bed floor brace & looks like it will hit it if raised up.

Top view of the tank inside the frame - mock up (for mcbassin)

Re: Boyd Welding-67-72 Rear Mount Aluminum Tank

Humm, will the new pump be an "upgrade" or now standard. I am about ready to install mine and assume the standard one will be enough I would have gotten this one but it wasnt available at the time. Seems like we talked about any options.
That is good to always be improving.

Re: Boyd Welding-67-72 Rear Mount Aluminum Tank

Has anyone put one of these on a lwb with coil springs? Just wondering, think this is going to be my next project, and I want to make it flush with my wood bed. Can't decide on your product or cpp. Thanks.

Dave,
Do you have any pictures of the latest tank design with the angle notch in the rear? I saw one at a car show this weekend and I wondered if it one of yours. Any pictures from members that have it installed on their truck? thanks
