Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
Nope! I hope gas goes to 6.00 a gallon and stays there for about 2 or 3 years!

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
Simple! If that happen people will lose their minds and start getting rid of their gas drinking cars and trucks ( Corvette, Camaro, full size trucks) and trading them in for gas cars. That's where I come in and buy up all these bad ass cars and trucks for pennies on the dollar!
Like I said raise gas prices

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
Nice thought but....prices of other products (inflation) tends to follow. Not a good scenario in all reality.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
these days I feel more mechanically reclined
I haven't pulled an automotive hood for several years but I was removing/replacing hoods quite a bit in my younger years swapping engines frequently check your hinges for excessive wear and replace as necessary.. sloppy hinges can be difficult to align the hood.. this video should get you through the job, just have to look past the sales pitch for the $$$ bling.. alignment process works for stock hinges as well as long as they're not worn out too far.. and I would use long mask [painters tape] and china markers [slightly sharpened] around finished panels instead of sharpies or paint pens.. good luck!

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
It's not a 72, or a Cheyenne Super, but you need this. A member on here has it.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’
The Dmax burb would be a sweet cruiser. Imagine 500hp plus 16-20mpg's. You don't have anything in your 72 an older fleet that'll do that I'm guessing. That burb has made some long trips and is proven too.
