These are similar to what I used....just mount 'em and ditch the small piece. Then drill a hole into the big side post in the bedside and call it done. Simple and effective.

Truck is really looking cool, 4D.

you could also use seat belt latches....


as far as rattles, you could drill the hole over-sized and put a rubber grommet in it to cushion the sliding bar

I'd get the ones from mar-k. So when your haulin a load it can take it. I could see haulin something and the sheet metal screws ripping out.

notice the truck I'm getting has no latches or chains
it has the seat belt latches
