Agreed, very nice example. Great designs never go out of style! This must be a pre '69, headlights are not at corner edge.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

It should be. Final plans haven't been made. But I'll post progress pics.

Kind of a resto mod is what I understood. Look old timey but be modern running gear and amenities.

Don't see too many of these signs around. They stopped being a new truck dealer in 2009 once GM stopped the medium duty line. B.R. Scholl, Perkasie, Pa. they still do heavy repairs though.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

I was going to say in the last post how I dig those truck/trailer rigs the most. Now I gotta say how close a second the doubles are on my list. Nice pusher Pete!

Yup. Me too ... usually in the form of logging trucks.
I've always had a special love for the KW's & Petes.

Re: Trucks Are Beautiful

Yeah, when I lived out there in the '70s is when I started looking harder at and appreciating big trucks more than ever. The long frame trucks, too. The trucks have gotten better back east but the west has the best! I was near in Humboldt Co. and got totally hooked on logging rigs.
