Re: NAPCO Thread
That really is a nice one.
I don't think this has been shown. I know nothing about it, but it was for sale at the time I got the pictures

Re: NAPCO Thread
I don't get the listings that don't show enough in pictures, give minimal info, yet they state "Serious inquiries only". I guess they figure asking for more info or for pictures of the side not shown are considered serious inquiries.

Re: NAPCO Thread
A friend pointed this one out to me. Very similar to the Chevrolet I almost bought back in 88 (if they hadn't cut a 12" by 18" hole in the dash for the hydraulic valves to control the snow plow). If I had known what they would be worth today I wouldn't have passed on it.

Re: NAPCO Thread
Hello, I am actively looking for the front Dana 44 Spicer locking hubs as in post #336. I apoligize ahead of time, I know this is a Napco thread, but I have tried many places and websites with no luck. Does anyone know someone that has these hubs for sale? Thanks in advance

Re: NAPCO Thread
Oh Ok. What I have are 3/4t. Good luck. They are out there somewhere. Post a WTB. I believe the 67-69s would be the same as '66. Not too sure about back to first GM 4wds

Re: NAPCO Thread
It couldn't have gone to the NW, that's only where trucks come FROM
Musta been tough to sell that beauty. Don't feel bad though, I'm still kicking myself for a few I've sold. Ok, for all the ones I've sold, but still... |

Re: NAPCO Thread
Bringing it to the top with this sweet 58. From the comments it seems to be a bit contentious as to the origin of the truck. But it is a beautiful truck nonetheless. Plus I have a soft spot for Pontiac powered GMC's.

Re: NAPCO Thread
A StepVan. That's too damn cool!.
I thought I had posted this truck I saw. I was at our ATHS Tri-State Show in VA back in Sept and this guy brought a '57 1t NAPCO he restored into a welder rig. That's what he did all his life. He's a retired pipeline welder. I have always admired those guys' rigs. Some real custom-built trucks. The best part is this guy came up from LA just 10 miles from TX (hauled it). The '57 truck came out of WA and was formerly a brush fire truck. Deluxe cab, V8. Now a 327. It has headers, finned aluminum valve covers and air filter. Looked just right in there, to me. Pretty much the same set-0up as my '72
