I am sorry to hear that. I feel lucky to have mine as long as I did. I miss her everyday but I am glad she is out of pain.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Also a new bridge design with a forward mounted inboard bag setup also the redesigned inner frame stiffener looks like it will allow for more transmission clearance. Looking good Eric

Re: Cheap trick patina 70

All of your observations are correct. This is a new set up that Nate is releasing. You will be able to run cantilever shocks with this set up. The inner trans brace is plated a lot more then the original. One thing I noticed is the frame is a lot heavier and stouter then previous ones I have put together. It's very stiff which is a plus in my eyes

Yep.... But I had already seen all of those. This was a first for the Watt's despite more than one past conversation w/Nate about them (I asked for a frame mounted version w/the links attaching to the housing tubes in one of my 'wish list' discussions).

My thought was the bell crank x-member could be tied into the bracing of the rear frame clip & the axle mounts could be simple 3" dia axle tube brackets that one could bolt-on & then have them welded if desired. Keeps the kit 'more' bolt-in vs having to weld the poular bell crank/truss set-up.
But... Nate is manufacturing for mass & I do it for me

Wow chassis is looking killer. Really like the watts link setups nate has come out with. Both my 24x15 and blazer kit have that setup. He really has knocked it out of the park on his new kits. As usual the build you are doing is amazing. Would like to see the cantilever shock setup in some pics. Notice you didn't post a pic from the front looking back.
