Re: 67cheby DM 3.2 install, W/PB 4link, PB hood hinges
I work almost every Saturday, i sell cars.... so i cant wait for Grandpa to take it to the first show by himself, 79 years old , hop out, hit the remote and lay it on the ground....makes me chuckle just thinking about it

That will be a classic moment right there! You'll have to have someone with a video camera to catch the other people's faces

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby
finished up the welding and grinding on the rear half last night , threw some krylon on it until after the final mock up , then i will sand blast and powdercoat the frame, got the tranny crossmember in and started trying to figure out my power steering hose situation....man that is tight to try to get hoses in there

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby
i take it that the semysolid engine mounts are simulair of those of a dropmember why dont you use hardline thats a lot thinner than the rubber hose

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby
i dont think i can use a hardline, the powersteering pump has to move in order to tighten the belt, and yes they are the dropmember motor mounts

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby
Those ps hoses are a pain! I had to hook up all the hoses with the power steering pump unbolted from the block.
