Re: 66 slammed hearse

Update.... the UPS man dropped off a bunch of boxes from speedway today, everything I need to get the rat rolling. Steering parts mostly, clutch parts, shifter stuff, some brake stuff, and some fuel system stuff. I will get my picture guy to snap some pics and get them posted this weekend.

We also have our first meeting of the Valve Grinders CC at the local Arbys this saturday night. I am dragging out the Koffin Kruiser to the cruise night. Special thanks to Jared for getting that rolling.

Old custom classic trucks have soul. Their dashboards aren't plastic, and they've survived both the best and worst of what the 20th century had to offer. For the owners of these trucks, it's often the same story. Through both good and bad times they persevered, until one day they could turn the key and roll up in a customized truck everyone with good taste would admire.Custom Classic Trucks

Re: 66 slammed hearse

You got a coffin for that hearse? I build props for films and TV...It's a a living. I could build you a light weight black one to match your vehicle using fiberglass and wood with silver accents. It would be light enough to strap on top and cruise around town. Imagine that on Hallowe'en! Let me know if your interested.

Re: 66 slammed hearse

Yep, we are having new ones cast from the original pattern, Obrien truckers has it. So they will be the same as the one in the pic.

And yes ABOZ, I do have a very heavy coffin for it, I am intrested in something like your talking about, pm me with some details.

And Joe, I know Jared took pics yesterday of the rat progress, pass the buck.....
