Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
I'm not sure if you know this or even want to know this but I was at Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale yesterday and saw Second Chance there. It's going to be auctioned on Friday. You and your team did an amazing job on this truck and I was really happy to see it in person.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
Ya I know I heard the truck was going back acrossed the block. Kind of puts salt in the wounds. Watch the truck will bring big money. Scottsdale is a different monster. At any rate I am glad you like the truck.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
A little more realistic this time....with buyer's premium....
Sale Price: *$55,000.00 Really stinks you didn't get this for it when you sold it originally...

The interior is just killer!! This is a true custom that will stand the test of time. We'll see this one in greatest trucks of the decade!!

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
Thanks guys for all the nice comments. It was a great truck. I should not have sold it but I have moved on. As I have said a few times the 66dibella will be just as cool. I hope it gets as many crazy looks as the 67. If I ever get board I may build another one. Just have to see were my building leads me. Stay tuned for some more cool builds. Later Eric

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
Ha, I saw this truck at Barrett Jackson too. It had already sold and had a sticker on it saying it was destined for Arkansas via truck transport. Can't remember the little town it was going to, but maybe I'll see it again around here.

Ya if you see it let the guy know you know the gut that built it. And let me know what you think about the truck.

Re: second chance 67 chevy, project from hell
Hey Man, Quick question. I want to run 700-800 HP in my 72 and achieve the same stance as yours. I really do not want to tunnel the cab but I have always figured I would need to in order to run a 1 piece drive shaft with that much power. I noticed in your build you ran a two piece, how did that hold up in your opinion? I know you didn't have the truck long but any feedback you can give me there would be appreciated. I've always been concerned that a two piece drive shaft would be a weak link for me, I plan to drive it like I stole it if that means anything
