Delmo Im going to steal your gas filler door/flip up board idea.... I was thinking maybe adding a little storage spot towards the front for the tools and such.

Re: My 65 Pickemup project

Could be a Chevy with a GMC front clip, but I doubt it.

Not unless they swapped beds too, the fender flares are different between chev and gmc.

It just keeps getting better. I would drive that every day and air it out outside my office so I could look at it from my desk.

Re: My 65 Pickemup project

My buddy owns a detail shop and used his magical buffing powers. Man I have no idea how they do it but I'm pretty happy with the outcome. The panel behind the custom cab trim looks brand new.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Ya I'll see if I can get it out of him. LOL.

Little update today, got the chrome back and all the trim. I can't believe how well all the little dings came out and for aluminum trim this stuff is pretty shiney. I'll get it all back on tomorrow and get some shots before it goes back to Arizona this weekend.
