Here's mine, I just got it two weeks ago and haven't done much. It's going to be an epic project with my dad.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Sure, here are some more...
We are in the process of moving houses, and our next house will have an awesome shop for my dad and I to work on it together. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot do anything major because we have no place to keep parts, and the truck cannot be left unassembled in our driveway while we're selling our house.

Taken out of storage after 8 years. Fired right up. (Played hell with the fuel system though).

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Haven't put any pics of mine on here for a while. I changed back to the rallys from the 10 holes and like the look better. I took these pics on Wednesday as I took her on her last run before Winter hibernation. The sun is very low in the sky this time of year and the brightness of the noon sun didn't help so the pics didn't come out as I'd like.

No idea the drop but im pretty sure the wheels are american racing variation of the torq thrust. its hard to tell with the drop because its got an adjustable 4 link on the rear with bags i think.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Wow, nice truck. I recently bought my first truck too, it's a 1972 Chevy c10. Are you planning to fix it up? From the picture, it does not look as if it needs much externally. How much did you have to spend on it?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
We bought it for $2900 ! Im planning in fixing it up right when i get my job, i need to change the rocker panels and fix a couple rust issues. Im just starting to learn about these trucks since i joined this forum. I also need to install a new speedometer because the old one isnt working. It sounds nice, i wish i could explain what it has but i dont know much. I do know it has the 350 v8 with headers, and a cut flowmaster exhaust, sounds really nice.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
That's cool, I'm pretty much in the same situation. My truck is very mechanically sound, but has many external issues that need to be fixed. Will it be a father son project?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Okay, that's what I'm doing too. What I meant was is your dad helping you with knowledge and skills? My truck is a learning experience for both my dad and me. We don't have much experience in working on cars or trucks.
Are you going to keep it stock, or make it custom?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Yeah my dad is helping me with knowledge and skills, he owns 4 other classic cars/trucks, so he has experience. My plans are to make it custom, a truck that can be my daily driver and also be able to take to the drag strips once in a while.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
I feel mostly the same way. I want to make the exterior look nice, lower it a bit, but mostly keep it stock. However [insert insane laugh here] I want it to perform like a beast.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
Exactly, Drop it a couple of inches, are you gonna put a sound system in your truck? im wondering of where to put speakers other than on the doors, because the gas tank is behind the bench seat.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Trucks
I want to put a sound system in, with a stock-like fit. You can buy a cool headliner that has speakers built into it. Also, you can put them under the seat, maybe in the glove box? How much are you going to lower it? Do you have a ratio?
