Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

Just found this a couple of days ago and it has inspired me and given me some ideas for projects. Awesome job.
A couple of ideas for you. I'm only about halfway through, so these items might have been covered. For the headliner, have you considered trying to mold something out of Kydex? I don't know if you could get a big enough sheet for the headliner, but I think if you used a heat gun you could form it into whaterver you wanted. Probably would have been easier with the cab off, you could turn it upside down to work with it. Second on the brake booster. I saw you had clearance issues with your shift linkage, is there a reason you didn't go with hydroboost?

Sorry I don't get on here often anymore and missed your question, our rental is in the Turks & Caicos Islands and runs about $2500 for the week. - Pretty affordable for a house in the Caribbean directly on the beach. BeachsideBungalow is the name of our house and website, just google it for more info.

Love the barn/house, that’s what I’m wanting to do when I finally buy land and how ironic that you build them as well as a crew cab. Figured the thread could use a bump to hopefully get some fresh eyes on your build.

Re: ** YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN ** The truck Chevrolet should have built.

How many HRPT's have you done with Young Frank? I'd love to see it in person. I'm with a T-Shirt company named Laid-Back and we've done the Tour since 2011 and just got back home from Norwalk the final city on 2019's route. I'll be on the lookout for you and I hope you stop in the next time you see us at an event and introduce yourself.

I just picked up a 01 Yukon XL Denali and I'm planning on using the All Wheel drive system on a 72 Burb. I'll dip my toes into the build post thing that you do so well and use your posting style as a template.

Thanks Drew for the awesome info
