not sure but one possible source is Diamond Back, they will make custom whitewalls in any size/type tire.

is there a reason there is only trim on the drivers side of that orange truck? it looks like there aren't even any holes drilled on the passenger side, just the accent stripe.

No actually, seen it 3-4 times for sale on EBay, once was a scam and others were legit. Next owner put a 572 4L80 E in it. Then several other changes were made but all minor.
